Prices are in New Taiwan dollars and include tax. The amount charged and the coins credited are whatever the checkout page shows. Purchases made inside the app are billed by the App Store, where the price may differ slightly by region.

Tools do not all cost the same to run, so they are not all priced the same way. You pay for actual use rather than a flat rate.
Priced by length
Conversational interviews and teaching demonstrations. Longer sessions cost more, and ten minutes costs ten minutes. Camera-based analysis is charged separately.

Payment, crediting and refunds
- How you can pay
- On the website: credit card, ATM transfer, and convenience-store code or barcode. The payment page is hosted by NewebPay, so your card and account details never pass through us. Purchases inside the app are billed by the App Store.
- When coins arrive
- Card payments are usually credited within a few minutes. ATM and convenience-store payments are not instant: you get a payment code, pay it separately, and coins are credited once the payment provider notifies us. Your codes and their deadlines stay available under unfinished orders on the Coins page.
- Refunds
- Coins are digital content that cannot be restored once spent. Unused coins can be refunded within seven days of purchase by email; coins already spent on generating a report cannot. If the amount charged does not match your order we flag it and handle it manually. Refunds for purchases made in the app are governed by Apple and must be requested from Apple.
